Joanna spent fifteen years in various software/solutions marketing and consulting management positions at Intel Corporation, working on external projects with software and services firms and enterprise companies of all sizes to help them leverage information technology for business benefit... from guiding tiny software startups on web services during the dotcom boom, to more recently managing delivery of strategic IT consulting services to Fortune 100 global enterprises.
Since then, Joanna has managed marketing and strategy projects for a wide range of tech companies in a consulting role, from software startups to larger firms.
Joanna started Software Marketing Advisor in order to bring some of this breadth of experience in the software/services world and visibility into the direction of technology to bear to assist software and services firms. The goal of this site is to help software companies maximize their product/service positioning to extract the most value possible from the marketplace today and in the future.
